Case Study - New Zealand Campus of Innovation and Sport (NZCIS)
NZTMS was engaged early on in the scoping out of the project to provide detailed designs and specifications for sustainable and high performance sports surfaces for the NZCIS sports hub. The hub will be a world-leading shared service facility.
We designed 4 natural turf (including a hybrid surface) sportsfields and Australasias largest indoor synthetic turf surface (the Greenroom) that meets FIFA and WR compliance.
The project will provide an NZ-first for elite sports, as well as academies and grassroots.
Our involvement in this project has extended to oversight of the construction. Due for completion in 2023, this project cements NZTMS as an industry leader in offering high performing, innovative and environmentally sensitive sports surface design.
